Sopas is the fastest food to prepare and the fastest also to disappear from the table. These are the reasons why it is called sopas. :o)During rainy and cold days, sopas is such a comfort food that every Filipino family knows how to prepare. And through time, sopas evolve in different forms and are prepared in different ways.
If you are a visitor in the Philippines, soup could mean two things: sabaw and sopas. Sabaw is simply broth whereas sopas has noodles in it.
Anyway, once served, be fast enough while the sopas is still hot. The moment it becomes cold, it's appeal and magic will turn cold also.
