Moment 137 - Feeling Hot

We were at Isarog bus station at EDSA adjacent to the Farmers mall in Cubao, Quezon City.  We came early, one and a half hour before our trip.  The place looks clean and that time, the waiting area has enough seats to accommodate the waiting passengers.

Since it was summer season and even in the early evening, the heat of the day can still be felt.  In a place like a bus station, the fumes and the heat of the buses and the passing vehicles contribute to the adding more heat to the place.  My companion, Tet, complained that it was like the sun was still around because of the heat.  Even if there is a ceiling fan, still, it was not enough to cool the open place.

I jokingly gave her an umbrella for a cover in order to get rid of the heat.  Haha.  Actually, it is one of the common jokes we play whenever someone complains about the heat.  Anyway, the moment more passengers came into the waiting area of the bus station, the guard turned on a big industrial fan to ease the heat and much to our delight.
