There are some of us, when experiencing some life threatening problem, are too preoccupied in dealing that problem alone. From the time we wake up and even in our sleep, that problem is the only thing we ever think of. That problem seems to control us every second of our existence.
If we are not used in handling "big" problems, our tendency is to focus all our senses to that problem. Every aspect of our everyday affairs is consumed by the problem at hand. And the problem becomes our very world.
For some of us who are not used to experience big problems, the moment they occur, our world seem to shrink. No matter how we deviate our senses, the problem seems to pull us into its domain. Everything we see and experience, the very problem is always there.
It is hard to reason with someone who experiences such troubles. Help and guidance is a big thing but it is only temporary. It is like inducing someone with a pain killer but the moment its effect is already gone, it is back to the same dreaded scenario all over again. And you just can't imagine the pain afterwards.
How should we deal with it? The answer is never that simple but effective. Just have faith and try to get preoccupied with things you love to do the most. And don't forget to mingle with your family and friends. This is that particular moment in your life that you needed them the most. All you have to do is reach out and open yourself to them.
