Random Thought 60 - Window

When someone tries to close the door on us, God will always make a way and opens a new window for us. All we've got to do is to have faith and be patient.

At times, when trials come our way especially if they are life changing and life threatening, we can't avoid to question God's will. If we think that those trials are inappropriate and totally unfair, why do we have to suffer in the process? And worst, our dear and treasured life may end likewise.

When fellow mortals judge us like we are the worst of our kind and tried to bring us deep down to the ground, we may have so many unworthy thoughts toward them and we wonder why they act like advocates of demons and still call themselves Christians. When they render their judgment on us, it looked like we have committed a mortal sin, way beyond the understanding and compassion of their hearts. And the moment their hearts and minds are clouded with their own self-righteousness, they will do everything to get rid of us even if it means stripping us of our right of fair existence. Well, I guess, people who promote their own self interests have their own standard of fair existence.

But don't worry because the good Lord is not sleeping.  When people pass their judgment on us, in God's time, He will deliver us from these hypocrites. If these people try to make our life miserable, it is just a matter of time when the Lord will uplift us and bring us back to our feet again. Let us submit these people to the Lord and let Him judge them according to His will. All we've got to do is try to live one day at a time and let God direct us. Though it seems hard to get up when we're already crawling in the ground, even with just a little faith is already enough to hold on the promise of our Lord. And God never fails to deliver His promise.

A closed door does not mean an end to everything. Doors are not created to be closed for eternity.  When a door will not open this time, that means it is not yet the right time. When a door will not open this time, there is always a window we can ran to. Most of the time, the perspective outside the door and outside the window are not similar. Maybe with the closing of the door, it will give us an opportunity to appreciate what we can see outside our window. And it takes a humble heart to appreciate what has been laid outside our window.

When a door closes, another window will open. With the opening of a new window lies another opportunity for us to explore it. And when God opens this new window for us, it only means one thing - He loves us and He will never let us down.
