Food Trip 46 - Pineapple Juice

We all know that pineapple juice is a good source of vitamin C which helps boost our immune system. During the rainy season and the cold months where we experience colds, aside from drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, pineapple juice can help us maintain a clean respiratory system. Likewise, with the changing of the season, this drink has a healing property to reduce fever. 

If you are watching your diet, pineapple juice may add fiber to your diet and aids you in maintaining a healthy digestive system.
