Random Thought 39 - Footprints in the Sand

Last night, I had a dream. I was walking in the beach with the Lord. As we walked, I noticed that there was only one set of footprints in the sand and it was mine. 

I then asked the Lord why is it that His footprints are not printed in the sand. The Lord answered, "It is My way of letting you know that even if I don't physically leave my mark, you know that I am still by your side."

As I continue my journey, His words will be forever engraved in my heart. Though it looks like I am alone, He is always with me and He will never leave my side.
