Food Trip 37 - Inihaw na Pusit

From a distance, the smell is so distinct. As the smells grows stronger, the desire is slowly building up. And all of a sudden, you find yourself wanting to taste it.

As I write this entry, I can actually smell the aroma of a dried squid being slowly cooked in the heat of the burning charcoal. The burned squid meat slowly curls and in a couple of minutes, it is now ready to eat.

If there's one street food that makes my mouth waters, inihaw na pusit would be the one for me. One more stick, please. :o)
