"When I fall in love, it would be forever" goes a line in a song.
For all these years, I must say that I hold unto the promise of forever. Though forever does not literally refer to eternity, at least we can say that it should last until our last breath. And I am proud to say that my heart only beats for someone special.
In a relationship, we experience all sorts of challenges. But if we truly hold on to the promise of forever, a heart that truly feels this promise readily embraces even the worst of times. A loving heart sees everything, even the abominable stuff. And in return, it tries to understand and forgive and love even more.
The love that we feel and share with our own special someone may last forever - forever in our hearts and to the hearts of people close to us. Our own forever may last within our lifetime and with such given opportunity, we have the privilege to share this love and create memories that will last forever.
