I am still awake
In the middle of the night
I am feeling blue
And it is a sorry sight.
I've been thinking of you
For quite some time now
I keep on wondering
What happened to our vow.
We promised each other
To love and to cherish
Through thick and thin
This life we will flourish.
But your heart changed
For reasons unknown
You just walked away
Leaving me so soon.
I say you are unfair
For keeping me clueless
You placed me in a limbo
Suspended and in darkness.
I am still hoping
And praying that one day
You'll find enough courage
To lift me up from this misery.
