If by any chance this dish is part of the menu, order a good serving and you'll be truly satisfied.
Some of my friends are not particular about this fish because some of them are red meat lovers. Others are clueless since the common fishes are much more cheaper and readily available. And pink salmon cannot be found within the Philippine waters.
When we dine at dampa or seaside, sinigang na pink salmon is always a good welcome treat especially to those friends who are not that keen about fishes. Perhaps, out of the ordinary, a little something extravagant that looks familiar but tastes extremely good dishes out those generous smiles in their faces. And I can still perfectly recall their fond exclamation about how great the taste of pink salmon was.
Life offers so many great things and this is one of them.
